  • Confidentiality

    - Candidate particulars are not divulged to any client without his/her approval.
    - Reference checks of the references provided by the candidate is conducted only with prior approval of the candidate

  • Communication

    - Candidates are continuously updated on the status of their applications with the clients.
    - Detailed description is provided to the candidates regarding the Job role, his/her area of work and specialisation, location, team size, scope of travel, tentative pay bracket, etc. before seeking the candidate’s approval.
    - We do not exaggerate, the scope of positions at any levels. You can be assured that all the details given by us is true to the best of our knowledge.


  • Quality

    - We do not send unsolicited resumes to the client.
    - We represent our client during the salary negotiations, being fair with the candidate at the same time.


  • Councelling

    - We practice counselling in our regular work structure. You can never have a wrong piece of advise from our team.
    - Our consultants councells the applicants to the best of their expertise, to provide right kind of opportunity which offers an overall career growth.
