  • Confidentiality

    - Any information, during the course of an assignment, disclosed to us will remain confidential and will not be divulged to any third party.
    - If there be any possibility of conflict of interests between clients and the potential clients, it is immediately conveyed to both the parties.

  • Communication

    - Crystal clear communication is made whether any particular assignment is within our capabilities/focus or not.
    - Professional fees for the executive search is agreed upon before the commencement of the project.
    - Clients are continuously updated on the status of the search and are informed immediately if there are any issues impairing the delivery of the search.
    - Client’s name is not used disadvantageously for personal benefits.
    - We respect the decision of the candidates and do not try to force him/her to change her decisions.

  • Quality

    - We do not send unsolicited resumes to the client.
    - We do not provide any openings to the candidates placed by us for one (1) year, from his date of joining, unless the client specifically requests to process him.
    - We represent our client during the salary negotiations, being fair with the candidate at the same time.
